Sigep 2018 opens the doors to the new year marking for us another important appointment to present our new collection to our public.
Sigep was born as a fair mainly dedicated to ice cream and pastry but over the years has gradually expanded the range of action, covering other sectors including baking, bread and leaven products, coffee and tea, specialized catering and furniture. Sigep 2018 creates a common thread between ingredients, professional equipment, specialized furniture and services. The result is a coherent and complete path that illustrates the world of pastry and sweets at 360 degrees.
Talking about our sector, design forniture for contract, in the last years, it has become increasingly important during the events. Many of the best known Italian and foreign brands specialized in contract and Ho.Re.Ca have participated year after year renewing their request and expanding the size of their stands. This demonstrates the fact that this fair is a real launch pad not only for the world of food and cooking but also for design.
